FAQ
Frequently asked questions.
Common questions about eAktsyz compliance, brand proof, procurement, and auditor verification.
What is the difference between eAktsyz compliance and brand proof?
eAktsyz is a mandatory state marking requirement. Compliance means your production line applies and serializes codes correctly, and state verification flows through Diia. Brand proof is an optional layer you control — it lets buyers, partners, and auditors scan the same code and see your product record rather than a generic result.
Does genu.im replace the Diia verification step?
No. Official state verification for eAktsyz happens in Diia. genu.im is a brand-layer platform. It sits alongside state verification and adds a publicly accessible product record controlled by the brand.
Can procurement teams or auditors verify a product using genu.im?
Yes. Any scan from a phone opens the brand-published record for that unit. No app or account required. Auditors and procurement teams can verify product identity at scan time without contacting the manufacturer.
What does the setup process look like?
You tell us your situation — eAktsyz compliance, brand proof, or both. We scope the implementation together. Integration is production-line compatible and does not require a new app or system for buyers.
Is there a minimum volume requirement?
No fixed minimum. The platform scales from pilot to production volumes. Reach out with your situation and we will confirm fit.
