Use of the platform
genu.im provides a product proof infrastructure for brands and manufacturers. Access to the public site is free. Access to brand management features is subject to a separate agreement with genu.im.
Proof records
Proof records are published by brands and manufacturers. genu.im does not independently verify product claims made in those records. Responsibility for the accuracy of published proof data lies with the publishing brand.
Not a government service
genu.im is not affiliated with any government body and does not perform official state verification. For eAktsyz compliance and official product verification, use Diia or the relevant state authority channels.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the platform evolves. Continued use of genu.im after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be noted with a new effective date.
